Product characteristics
Strong hydrophobicity, with a 375% higher resistance to water erosion compared to ordinary polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) filters;
High filtration accuracy, capable of 100% retention of various phages, bacteria, and particles larger than 0.02 micrometers when used for gas filtration;
Extremely high porosity, low air resistance, and high flux;
Excellent production inertness and chemical corrosion resistance;
The filter cartridge is resistant to impact, backpressure, and can undergo repeated steam sterilization at high temperatures.
Material structure
Filter Medium: Polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) hydrophobic biaxially stretched microporous membrane, available in single-layer or double-layer structure.
Flow Distribution Layer: Imported polypropylene (PP) spunbond nonwoven fabric, polyester fiber (PET) spunbond nonwoven fabric.
Skeleton/End Cap: Regular polypropylene (PP), reinforced high-molecular-weight polypropylene (PP).
Central Column: Regular polypropylene (PP), stainless steel.
Gasket/Seal Ring: Silicone rubber / Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) rubber / Fluorinated rubber / Fluorinated rubber coated with Teflon.
Connections: Regular polypropylene (PP), reinforced high-molecular-weight polypropylene (PP), reinforced stainless steel lining.
